Of the 20,000 orders we have processed since launching the site, you are among an elite number of people who decided to look at this page. As of January, 2024, the total number of clicks we have received is 57. If you are number 58 out of 20,000 plus, this makes you an extreme minority indeed. That said, here is some information you may wish to know!

Your Private Information

we process payments via third party processors, Stripe, Paypal, and Cryptocurrency Checkout. Links to their user terms are as follows:

Do know that in ALL integrations with the above third party payment processors, we have opted to not keep your private financial information on file. Why? Because having that stuff stored fewer places is better for you, AND, were we to be hacked, the perpetrator would get one giant GOOSE EGG. We call that right there a win-win.

Know what we do have on file? Your email that you used to order, shipping information, billing address, phone number, order details. About every five years, we purge accounts that have been inactive foe two years by deleting the user account and that wipes out related information. Other Terms and Conditions

We LOVE our customers and want to foster a mutually beneficial relationship. If something goes wrong with your order, please let us know and we will do our best to fix the issue.

That said, we reserve the right to end any customer relationship for any reason should things not be working out. You have that same right.

Other Legalese

We’ve got nothing. We are sure my lawyers will make me add stuff here, but the requirements for terms and conditions seem to be an ever-moving target.

Just let it be known that orders are processed on a first-ordered, first roasted bases, but within the roasting window of a full day’s orders at a time unless you have asked us to delay shipping. We don’t even look at whose order we are roasting each day so there is no way for us to give priority to one customer over another.
