We worked for more than a year with Patrick Roehrman of MT Knives to settle on the perfect bean for his taste buds. He likes lots of flavor but no bitterness. We finally found his perfect cup of coffee on the island of Java, Indonesia.
Patrick likes a medium roast, though we promise it’s also tasty when taken to dark or espresso levels.
Patrick’s Special Reserve is a limited offering. We only have a few hundred pounds of this lovely bean.
Good for: coffee machines, espresso makers, French press, or percolators. but Patrick prefers espresso.
