We screened 10 varieties to find the best blend for your every cold-extracted brew. After careful consideration – and a few wakeful nights – we landed on this blend. We vastly prefer it medium-roasted, though we also offer a dark roast.
Origin: Colombia, Brazil
Cupping Notes: Especially smooth, with a rich flavor that lasts to your last sip. Low acid and satisfying aroma. Also good brewed with hot water, but made for steeping.
