  • Our current Holler Roast blend includes beans from Brazil and Colombia. The coffee is rich with chocolate and caramel overtones.
  • They are roasted to perfection, then cooled in a special way: with bourbon. The speed at which coffee beans cool impacts the sweet notes in your drinking experience. Deep and pungently spicy aroma with papaya and chocolate notes.
  • LIMIT ONE PER PERSON VERY RARE COFFEE Milk Chocolate, Black Cherry, Honeydew, Roasted Hazelnut, Vanilla Bean. Anaerobic process is amazing, they put the beans in a vacuum without any oxygen for 72 hours, it turns it into a juicy and fruity delight!

  • Tasting notes: Rich, nutty flavor and medium body with hints of citrus. Low acidity and a compelling aroma. $5 from each pound goes to support the Darkhorse Lodge, a veteran's retreat.

  • Colombian coffee may be the first varietal most of us met. This source offers the expected low-acid, fruity rich flavor: consistent good taste and aroma and no characteristic in excess.
  • How it’s grown is important! This comes from smallholder lands which were returned to their original owners in 1991. Family farms now produce this full-bodied, richly fragrant coffee of the Andes. Heavy, rich aroma with low acidity and smooth, sweet milk chocolate flavor.
  • Each bag is a different blend according to the whim of your happy roaster.
  • Our signature decaf bean.
  • This is so new that even I have not tasted it, but it comes highly recommended!
