Description

Don Mario and Doña Liliana retired from city banking to the family vocation, coffee farming, applying their dual passions of quality and sustainability. Only the ripest hand-selected caturra coffee beans are sealed in an anaerobic atmosphere before being depulped, washed, and sun dried. They use an anaerobic process which amplifies the natural sweet and strawberry flavors of this wonderful coffee!
