In Kenya, green coffee is auctioned once a week during the country’s May – July and October – December harvests. Through a special agreement that overcomes the hurdle of microlot minimum sizes, these great organic coffee beans from Central Kenya are grown on ranches under 1½ acres in area.
They offer a fruity and floral aroma that announces a coffee with great body, sweet acidity, and an aftertaste of light cocoa.
