From the country that discovered coffee, try Ethiopia Yirgacheffe. Legend has it that a tired goatherd discovered coffee when his excited herd simply wouldn’t go to sleep after eating these red beans. Ethiopia Yirgacheffe coffee is naturally produced, much of it from wild coffee trees, then washed and sun-dried.
The beans take a medium or light roast very well. Its delicate flavor comes through when drunk hot or cold and no matter how you brew it.
